All purchases are non-refundable but I want you to love your jewelry! Exchanges may be arranged within one week after receiving your order, for items of equal value or store credit; this excludes custom jewelry. All on sale & discounted jewelry is FINAL SALE. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the jewelry before placing your order. Send me a message. 

If your item was damaged in transit, please contact me immediately to arrange to have the damaged item repaired or replaced. I am not responsible for items shipped from other retailers. General business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm CST. Your support is greatly appreciated. Thank you!

PRICING

With the price of metals and materials constantly in flux, jewelry prices are subject to change at any time to adjust to the market. Every piece of jewelry is made from start to finish by hand in Minneapolis, Minnesota. For orders in-state, a 7.775% sales tax will be added to your purchase.  

REPAIRS

I will repair your NEAL jewelry for free within 1 year of purchase. Free repairs must meet the guidelines of "normal wear." After 1 year and for damages that have occurred outside of normal wear, I charge a nominal fee. Please note that NEAL is not responsible for shipping charges on repairs. Please contact me directly for repair verification and shipping instructions.
