RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

NEAL does not offer cash refunds but we are happy to exchange your item for store credit. Exchanges must be arranged within 7 days after receiving your order for items of equal value or store credit; this excludes custom jewelry and FINE Jewelry. All SALE jewelry is FINAL SALE. ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A PROMOTIONAL CODE ARE AVAILABLE FOR EXCHANGE OR STORE CREDIT ONLY.
We would be happy to answer any questions you may have about the jewelry or ring sizing before placing your order. NEAL is not responsible for return shipping costs or packages that are damaged or lost in transit. We highly recommend adding insurance and delivery confirmation. Please contact us directly for exchange authorization.

We are not responsible for jewelry shipped from other retailers. Our general business hours are Monday-Friday 9-5pm CST.

REPAIRS

We work hard to ensure that your jewelry arrives as a sturdy, long lasting piece. But if for some reason you believe your jewelry to be faulty and it needs repairing, within 1 week of receiving it, we will repair it for free. If life stuff happens to your jewelry and it breaks, we are always available to repair it at any time for a nominal charge + shipping costs. Please send us a message and let us know what happened and we’ll make a plan.

PRICING

With the price of metals and materials constantly in flux, jewelry prices are subject to change at any time to adjust to the market. This applies especially to gold jewelry. For orders in Minnesota, sales tax will be added to your purchase.
